Wall Street closed marginally higher post FOMC minutes
Wall Street closed a little higher today on the back of the FOMC minutes that are giving the green light for the markets to continue banking on a Fed hike this December.
The elections are again the focus from here, but the minutes today offered a balanced report that has left the door open for a rate hike in December while the FOMC was otherwise split on a number of issues and for there to be a chance of a Nov hike, the case would have to be very strong, and it isn't.
